Dirección Municipal de Áridos y Pétreos dota de material a la ruralidad para mejorar la vialidad

La Dirección de Áridos y Pétreos del Municipio de Cuenca aporta al GAD Parroquial de Baños con material de lastre para que realice obras de mantenimiento vial con actividades de limpieza de cunetas, reconformación de estructuras, colocación de material, compactación y sellado que permite que la vía esté en mejores condiciones. Esto beneficia a más de 5.000 personas en diferentes sectores como Baños Centro, Los Tilos, Unión Alta, Guadalupano, Nero, Yanasacha, Sunsún.
Juan José Reinoso, director de Áridos y Pétreos manifestó que el Municipio de Cuenca colabora constantemente con la dotación de material a los gobiernos parroquiales para la ejecución de la obra pública dentro de sus jurisdicciones territoriales a través de la suscripción de actas de compromiso. El propósito principal es mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos y optimizar la conectividad entre los diferentes sectores del cantón consolidando así el desarrollo, la economía y el progreso.
Wilson Jácome, presidente del GAD Parroquial de Baños dijo que es importante conocer las necesidades de la parroquia. “Agradezco a la Dirección de Áridos y Pétreos bajo el liderazgo del alcalde Cristian Zamora por el apoyo de material para mejorar la vía, lo que permite a la población trasladar su productos de mejor manera”
En este mismo contexto se beneficia también la parroquia Victoria del Portete, reconocida por ser una zona agrícola y productiva por lo que esta dotación de material es importante para el mantenimiento de las vías de la comunidad de Irquis Chico, Corralpamba, Buena Esperanza, entre otras.
Jennifer Campoverde, vicepresidenta del GAD parroquial Victoria del Portete, ratificó que esta administración está cumpliendo su compromiso y se trabajará de acuerdo a un cronograma planificado
